AIA Award Winning- LX Art Pavilion

Designed by NYC-based firm OLI Architecture and built by APEX Projects, the London Cross Pavilion is envisioned not as a residential house or a creative studio space, but as a home for a large-scale steel artwork created by American artist Richard Serra. The volume stands among outdoor sculptures on the estate of an art collector in Bedford, New York.

CI Beach Barn- Westport, CT

The CI Beach Barn is a 12,000 sqft Seaside Modern-Industrial Custom home built on the shores of the Long Island Sound in Westport, CT. The new home features three main wings each with its own unique exterior finish and styling. The architecture is based on that of an old industrial factory and includes two working smoke stacks, bronze exterior windows and doors, exposed steel trusses and an elevated catwalk.
