GARGANTUAN, ART-FILLED HOUSE IN THE NEW YORK SUBURBS

Nestled on a leafy site on one of the most prominent streets in Westchester, this amazing 33,000sq.ft. french limestone clad estate offers 24-foot-high ceilings, a private hockey arena in the basement, a 5000-bottle wine room/lounge, private gym, two-story office/library and a museum-quality art collection. The ~5,000sqft. rear terrace includes pavers set over a heating and cooling system to offer a comfortable temperature to the foot no matter what time of year. The limestone cladding was mined in France and fabricated/installed by french artisans. Due to the enormity of the scope of the work, much of the interior finishes needed to be completed by multiple subcontractors for each trade.
