Our Services

Pre-Construction Services

Pre-construction services is all work related to planning a construction project before the project begins.

PRECON is our attempt to prognosticate the entire project including: overall planning, coordination, and budgeting. This allows us to control the project from inception to completion, while meeting all our client’s requirements in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project.

In PRECON, the early feasibility studies, and design development is bolstered by our construction cost estimators, who build-out cost estimates for use in the decision-making process. This process starts with planning, and is supported by conceptual or order-of-magnitude estimates.

Beyond cost projecting and estimating, the pre-construction team aids in value engineering, value analysis, scheduling, constructability reviews, and design costs.
